Not set. Job Recruitment, Salary Negotiable. SAJ is hiring a Remote Technical Support Engineer based in Italy. This role is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive pre-sales solution configuration and post-sales troubleshooting/commissioning support to sales teams, distributors, installers, and EPC clients in the Italian and European markets. You will also be responsible for localized product testing and verification, technical training, and documentation maintenance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to quickly respond to customer needs and market feedback. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Automation, or related fields, with in-depth knowledge of PV inverters and energy storage systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, cross-departmental collaboration, and a strong sense of customer service. Proficiency in Italian and English is required (Chinese is a plus).
