Warehouse Operations Team Leader
Job Opening in Rome, Salary Negotiable. Position: Operations Team Lead (Full-time). Location: Rome, Italy. Responsibilities: Supervise and guide team members in manual parcel sorting and scanning to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and the timely completion of daily processing targets. Coordinate daily operations at the distribution center, optimize shift scheduling and task allocation, and improve overall operational efficiency. Assist in managing on-site logistics operations, coordinate transfer batch scheduling to ensure smooth process flow, and oversee DSP pickups and daily line-haul vehicle dispatch. Proactively identify and analyze operational issues (such as inventory discrepancies or delays) and develop solutions to reduce risks and operational costs. Regularly report team performance and operational metrics to management.
