Warehouse Manager – Cross-border E-commerce (Europe)

We are a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce company building our fulfillment and warehouse network across UK, Germany, and Poland. We are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our European warehouse operations.1. Manage daily warehouse operations across one or multiple EU sites (UK / Germany / Poland)；2. Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment performance；3. Lead warehouse teams and improve operational efficiency；4. Coordinate with cross-border logistics, carriers, and e-commerce platforms；5. Establish and optimize SOPs for warehouse processes； 6. Drive KPI performance (accuracy, speed, cost control)；7. Support warehouse setup and scaling in new locations if required。 要求: 1. 2-3+ years experience in warehouse / logistics operations；2. Experience in e-commerce / fulfillment / cross-border logistics preferred；3. Familiar with WMS systems and warehouse KPI management； 4. Strong leadership and team management skills； 5. Experience in multi-site or high-volume warehouse is a plus；6.
