Job Opening in Frankfurt am Main, €3000-3200/month. Hello everyone, our company's overseas warehouse office in Frankfurt is hiring two on-site operations staff. Job Responsibilities: Assist in the entry, verification, and analysis of daily operational data to ensure accuracy and timeliness, regularly generate performance reports, and provide data support for operational efficiency analysis. Coordinate on-site and warehouse-related tasks, including receiving, scheduling, shelving, and sorting of goods; supervise loading, unloading, and handling operations to ensure smooth workflows. Follow up on customs clearance progress, transmit relevant documents, assist in completing customs clearance, and handle on-site emergencies such as cargo damage or document discrepancies. Liaise with customer service, customs, transportation, and other departments to synchronize on-site operational information and ensure the closed-loop execution of all business processes.
大家好，我们公司海外仓在法兰克福的办公室招聘两名现场运营。岗位职责：协助完成日常运营数据的录入、核对与分析工作，保障数据准确及时，定期出具业绩报表，为运营效率分析提供数据支撑。统筹协调现场及仓库相关工作，包含货物收货、调度、上架、分拣等环节，监管货物装卸与搬运作业，保障作业流程顺畅开展。跟进报关进度、传送相关单据，协助完成清关工作，现场处理货损、单据不符等各类突发问题。对接客服、海关、运输等多个部门，同步现场作业信息，确保各项业务闭环落地。梳理并优化现场作业流程，针对系统、工具提出优化改进建议，提升数据质量与整体运营效率。 要求: 德语 B2 及以上水平（优先 C1 水平），该条件为硬性要求；英语口语、书面表达流利。拥有至少 1 年物流运营、仓储管理或地面操作相关工作经验优先。持有有效的德国 / 欧盟驾照，可往返多个作业场地（如北部货运城、南部货运城）开展外勤工作。熟练使用微软办公软件，精通 Excel 为必备能力；能够快速上手仓储管理系统、运输管理系统等各类作业系统。责任心强，思维敏捷，具备主动解决问题的能力；工作细致严谨，可适应多变的现场工作环境并承受相应工作压力。 福利: 早班7.00-15.30 晚班是16.30-22.00地址法兰机场内
