Solution Manager (m/f/d) Order Fulfillment
Job opening in Dortmund, salary negotiable. This position is part of the Global Solutions Management team and is responsible for translating customer requirements into marketable, implementable, operable, and supportable end-to-end intralogistics solutions. The incumbent will act as a bridge between business opportunities and technical execution, converting customer needs into solution blueprints, workflows, system architectures, and technical concepts. The role requires close collaboration with product management, sales, solution design, implementation, and regional teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and can be successfully deployed across multiple markets. Responsibilities also include defining requirements and specifications, continuously improving service concepts and operational processes, and supporting regional teams through training and guidance. Requirements include at least 5 years of experience in the intralogistics industry.
