IT Process Architect – Focus on Sales (m/f/d)
Job opening in Plattling, salary negotiable. This position is responsible for the design, optimization, and implementation of end-to-end processes in the sales domain, covering quotation processes, order processing, pricing, and invoicing. The incumbent will work closely with specialized departments to participate in process design and provide trend recommendations, while also defining and standardizing the end-to-end process chain. The role also requires gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, supporting system issues for domestic and international branches, and organizing training. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and participating in domestic and international projects, and is responsible for the maintenance and further development of existing ERP and merchandise management systems. Requirements include a degree in economics or informatics, experience with sales processes, familiarity with ERP environments is preferred, and proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
