Field Technical Consultant (m/f/d)
Job opening in Essen, salary negotiable. This position is part of Lenovo's Solutions & Services Group (SSG), reporting to the EMEA DWS Delivery Director. The role is based in Germany and offers full remote work flexibility. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for customer escalation issues, taking full ownership from intake to resolution, and coordinating across multiple parties including customers, support engineers, field service teams, and software support. You will be required to lead complex service delivery projects, ensuring delivery according to contracts and Statements of Work (SOW), while analyzing service performance and operational data to identify risks and drive preventive maintenance. The incumbent must communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and C-suite executives, and lead cross-global virtual teams. The role requires digital proficiency.
