Finance Manager (all genders)
Job opening in Graz, salary negotiable. This position is responsible for the budget management of the Austrian company, including organizing the preparation of the annual operating budget, tracking budget execution, conducting variance analysis, and issuing budget analysis reports. You will also be responsible for corporate treasury management, overall cash flow forecasting and control, optimizing cash inflow and outflow plans, and ensuring capital security and liquidity. The role requires liaising with banks and financial institutions, managing bank accounts, guarantees, and financing matters, and controlling capital costs. Additionally, you will implement the group's financial policies related to treasury and budget, synchronize various budget and treasury reports with headquarters, and cooperate with external audits and internal inspections. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least 5 years of financial work experience, including at least 3 years in budget and treasury.
