Accounting Manager
Hiring in Amsterdam, salary negotiable. This position is responsible for the company's overall financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The role covers full-cycle accounting management, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, month-end and year-end closing, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and relevant laws. The incumbent will coordinate internal and external audits, establish and maintain internal control and compliance policies, and prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance, at least 5 years of relevant experience, familiarity with IFRS and Dutch GAAP, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Candidates with professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred. The company provides commuting, lunch, and communication allowances.
