Transport Planner

This role is responsible for arranging freight for several country groups, ensuring that goods are delivered to their destinations on time and in good condition. The position requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include receiving, confirming, and entering orders from customers or the sales department; assigning cargo to strategic carriers while optimizing for price and transit time; preparing loading and unloading lists; issuing instructions to carriers, agents, and loading staff; and handling daily communication and complaints from customers and carriers. Requirements include an MBO 4 level of education and professional thinking, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in Dutch, English, and German for both oral and written communication.
