GOFO is hiring a Warehouse Operations Support staff, located near Essen 45699.
Hiring in Spain, salary negotiable. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for driver reception, check-in, and loading handovers; prepare and verify transport documents such as CMRs; archive signed documents and follow up on missing or irregular paperwork. Consolidate daily attendance for employees and agency staff, handle attendance exceptions, assist with new employee onboarding and information registration, and organize/archive on-site materials and notices. Perform manual sorting and scanning of parcels to ensure accuracy and timely processing to meet operational deadlines. Collect on-site material requirements, follow up on purchase orders and acceptance, record inventory in/out, conduct regular stocktakes, and coordinate the maintenance of equipment such as printers and PDAs. Serve as the on-site point of contact to consolidate and follow up on requests regarding network, access control, and facility repairs, and manage site-related issues.
