With 12 years of real estate experience, due to business expansion and the preparation of a new branch, we are looking for a Real Estate Consultant / Real Estate Salesperson (Female). Location: Usera, Madrid. Requirements: Experience is not required; paid training provided. Proficiency in Chinese and Spanish is preferred. Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, and team spirit. Familiarity with online promotion and social media is a plus. Salary and Benefits: Base salary of 2000€+, high commission with no cap, meal allowance, holiday bonuses, team activities, weekends off (Saturday afternoon and Sunday) plus public holidays, and excellent promotion opportunities with potential to advance to team supervisor.
