Responsibilities: Fully responsible for the entire warehouse management process: receiving and inspection, storage, picking, dispatching, and inventory counting (ensuring a closed-loop inventory management system); coordinating daily warehouse staff management, scheduling, performance evaluation, and improvement; leading coordination with procurement/sales departments to ensure inventory accuracy and healthy turnover rates; optimizing warehouse layout and operational processes to control losses and costs. Requirements: Spanish B2 level or above (required for daily oral and written communication, and liaising with local suppliers/freight forwarders); at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor; familiar with basic inventory management logic (experience with Sage/WMS is preferred).
