UNICO Hiring: Assistant Warehouse Supervisor
Job Opening in Madrid, Salary Negotiable. Assistant Warehouse Manager Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff to ensure efficient, accurate, and orderly operations. 2. Manage overall warehouse affairs and daily operations, and coordinate work between the department and other functional departments. 3. Develop warehouse work plans. Create monthly work plans, summarize and analyze the previous month's departmental performance, and lead and supervise staff to achieve target goals. 4. Master company-specific requirements: Be familiar with the characteristics of various items in the warehouse, such as loading and unloading, handling, storage and maintenance, packaging, and consolidation, to ensure proper supervision and protection. 5. Optimize warehouse layout: Based on the principle of ensuring high-frequency and efficient inbound and outbound flow of goods, manage the warehouse layout.
