Supply Chain Specialist position available in Plaza de Castilla, Madrid. Full social security coverage, weekends off.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily follow-up of the supply chain and logistics processes for e-cigarette products to ensure smooth cargo flow. Track international logistics, customs clearance, local courier services, and pallet transport, providing timely updates on shipment status. Liaise with customs brokers to coordinate clearance documentation, declaration progress, and resolve any issues. Manage warehouse materials and inventory, including inbound/outbound shipments, transfers, and data maintenance. Organize logistics, inventory, and order data to assist in optimizing supply chain operational processes. Requirements: Fluent in Chinese and Spanish; proficiency in English as a working language is preferred. Approximately 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, international trade documentation, or related fields. Familiar with international logistics and customs clearance.
因个人税率不同，月薪请以税前为准。 岗位职责负责电子烟产品供应链及物流流程的日常跟进，确保货物流转顺畅。跟进国际物流、清关、本地快递及托盘运输，及时更新货物状态。对接清关行，协调清关资料、申报进度及异常问题处理。管理仓库物料及库存，包括入库、出库、调拨和数据维护。整理物流、库存及订单数据，协助优化供应链操作流程。 任职要求中文和西班牙语流利，英语可作为工作语言者优先。具备 3 年左右物流、供应链、国际贸易跟单或相关经验。熟悉国际物流、清关、本地配送及仓库管理流程。有电子烟、消费电子、快消品或进出口行业经验者优先。熟练使用办公软件，Excel 达到中级水平，能使用 VLOOKUP、数据透视表等功能。工作细致，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调、订单跟进和异常处理能力； 工作地点：Plaza de Castilla 工作时间：周一至周五9:00-17:30，午休1h 全职，现场办公 公共假期全休，入职即发放年假，不定时聚餐与下午茶，友好平等的公司氛围
