No prior experience is strictly necessary, and the role does not involve manual labor. A valid residence permit is mandatory, and excellent Spanish skills are essential as the role involves communicating with customers via phone. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, with a lunch break from 13:00–14:00. We offer a full social security contract, weekends off, no overtime, a permanent contract, and paid vacation.
