Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site and remote technical support for PV systems (residential, commercial, and industrial), including inverters, modules, mounting systems, battery storage, and monitoring devices.Conduct system inspections, performance analysis, and fault diagnosis; prepare service reports and resolution plans.Coordinate with local installers, EPC contractors, and distributors to resolve technical issues promptly.Support the commissioning and handover of PV projects, ensuring systems operate according to specifications.Handle customer complaints and technical inquiries via phone, email, or on-site visits.Deliver product training to local partners, installers, and technicians on installation, commissioning, and maintenance.Collect and report product quality data and field failure information to the HQ technical team for continuous improvement.Assist the sales and project teams with pre-sales technical support as needed.Candidate Profile 要求: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service, field support, or technical support in the solar PV or renewable energy industry.Hands-on experience with PV inverters, modules, battery storage, and monitoring systems.Familiar with PV system troubleshooting, testing tools, and diagnostic software.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Willing to travel frequently to project sites across Germany and occasionally to other European countries.Fluent in German and English (both as working languages). Mandarin is a strong plus.Nice-to-HaveExperience with BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).Familiarity with German grid connection requirements and local regulations (e.g., VDE, EEG).Licensed electrician or equivalent certification.Experience working in a Chinese-backed or multinational company. 福利:
